Fully remodeled and charming, our 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is in the heart of East Lake. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, spacious dining table, master bedroom with ensuite bath, and lovely landscaping! Just a 15-minute drive to attractions like Vulcan Park, McWane Science Center, The Civil Rights Institute, Botanical Gardens, and the zoo. Welcome to the charming East Lake Update! Upon arrival there are two small sets of stairs to navigate (one set has 2 steps which leads to 5 more) once you have tackled these you will be greeted by our covered patio which is the perfect place to read a book or have your morning coffee. A digital key pad will grant you access into the home. Once you enter the house you will find yourself in our newly updated living room complete with large flat screen TV and Roku. Off to the right of the living room you will find a designated work station with a desk and high speed internet. Our home has 3 cozy bedrooms for you to choose from. Bedroom #1 has a king bed with its own private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a double bed and bedroom #3 has a queen size bed. There is also a pull out couch in the living room if needed. Additional bathroom is light, bright and has a bathtub/shower combo. Off the living area, you will find a dining room with large table great for family and friends to gather around and make memories! The dining room is connected to a fully stocked kitchen which should have you feeling right at home. Washer and dryer on site as well for all your laundry needs. Back yard is open with mature trees along the perimeter providing privacy and ample shade during those hotter months. Darling back deck has a small table and chairs for outdoor conversation/relaxing. We are excited to host you and hope you enjoy your stay at the East Lake Update! We are located next to the ELI who partners to provide community development within the greater East Lake area. Through the collaboration of the business community, local governments, educational institutions, and churches, ELI has been transforming our community since 2010. Occasionally, previous guests have told us that they do not like our neighborhood. We think it is great, and have never had any security issues, but we understand that everyone has different experiences and want to make sure you are comfortable in our home. If you are concerned about the neighborhood, we would be happy to talk with you about it, and refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking. ***A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.*** ****There is a community garden next door; some guests have mentioned a smell from the fertilizer outside, but the home itself does not have any odor.****
