This condo is great for longer stays as it has convenient underground parking and is a short (3/4 mile) from beautiful Carlsbad beach and about another 1/2 mile into downtown for restaurants, post office, etc. There is a wraparound balcony overlooking the pool and hot tub and the Pacific in the distance. Master BR is large with a comfortable King bed, ample drawers and closet space and both a soaking tub and glassed shower. Guest room is also well furnished with a large closet and full bath just a step across a hallway. Large kitchen and separate dining area and hardwood floor in both. Comfortable living room with "smallish" but adequate TV. Traffic noise from nearby I-5 takes some getting used to when on the patio but barely noticible inside. Very comfortable for a long term stay.

Location, view. Nice size rooms, good mattresses, Very nice balcony. Parking close to elevator, elevator close to condo entrance, Nice garage. Complex is close to I5; noise level did not bother us at all. When you close the sliding door in the bedroom it is very silent. We tried to rent again for next year but it was already booked.
