This cozy one bedroom unit located on the second floor and is located right on the beach in Carlsbad and is a perfect getaway for two or three people. It is within walking distance of all the great shops, restaurants, pubs, bars, and entertainment Carlsbad has to offer. This unit has a pullout queen sofa sleeper that can be tucked away during the daytime and brought out for sleeping and relaxing. The sliding glass door opens to a beautiful view of the pacific ocean. Enjoy the sound of the waves breaking on the shore, beautiful sunsets, and playing in the ocean. The home has a flatscreen TV and free WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with the stove, oven and supplies needed for cooking. This condo does NOT come with central AC or heating. We provide fans and space heaters and the condo does have a ceiling fan. No Pets.

Parked the car and never used it again ! This place directly on the beach - morning coffee on the patio watching the waves.

Third year staying at this house, second in this particular unit. The unit has all the basics for you to stay, enjoy the beach, the view, and lovely Carlsbad. Each year there are updates to things like chairs, umbrellas, blinds, and other amenities that get weathered by the sun/air/saltwater. We drive over from the desert, so we bring with us any creature comforts that help us feel at home for the 1.5-2wks we stay. We also eat out most evenings. Wish they had a washer/dryer and weekend parking during the day isn't the greatest but you just can't beat hanging on the deck and enjoying the views. Definitely will be back.

It’s a nice cozy unit that had an amazing view from the deck! Very easy and quick access to the beach and literally a 3 minute walk to dining and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

Somewhat noisy, we could hear the people walking upstairs the toilet’s flushing people working on some shed on the side. It was noisy. Other than that we loved it.

Our family has rented multiple units on the property over many years. While older, it’s very charming and the recent updates and continued maintenance really keeps us coming back. The Vacasa staff were responsive and very helpful even after we departed! We thought we forgot something and they followed up with us very quickly. So appreciative!
