This cozy one bedroom unit located on the top floor, right on the beach in Carlsbad and is a perfect getaway for two or three people. It is within walking distance of all the great shops, restaurants, pubs, bars, and entertainment Carlsbad has to offer. This unit has a pullout queen sofa sleeper that can be tucked away during the daytime and brought out for sleeping and relaxing. The sliding glass door opens to a beautiful view of the pacific ocean. Enjoy the sound of the waves breaking on the shore, beautiful sunsets, and playing in the ocean. The home has a flatscreen TV and free WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with the stove, oven and supplies needed for cooking or barbecuing. This condo does not come with central AC or heating. We do provide fans and area heaters and the condo does have a ceiling fan.

Nice view and very convenient to restaurants and Carlsbad village. Parking a little issue if you like to travel to other areas, but we parked and walked the city every day .. so it worked . A new king size bed would be GREAT! Also maybe a upgrade on the sofa/ chair

Great location, overlooking ocean and beach, walking distance to many restaurants, shops, farmers market, local theater, grocery store, etc. Unit itself is a little dated but it's clear they are methodically updating items. Bed was comfortable but wish it was a Queen size. Unit was well stocked with kitchen, bathroom and beach items. Customer service was exemplary, quick responses to any questions or issues. Would definitely go back again

This place is awesome, absolutely cannot beat the view. Hearing the waves all night is the best. Couch bed in the living room is surprisingly comfortable. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Anything you could possibly want is within a short walk, from a great candy store to a delicious steakhouse. The management company was more than accommodating.
