Location - fantastic - 2 mins from trains - beach - shops and restaurants - clean 2 bed apt- stocked with everything you could need - from beach chairs to books - games - all kitchen equipment high spec - Wi-Fi - Netflix - beds sooo cosy - very very comfortable stay - with letting agent a phone call away - very reassuring- safe immaculate complex - stayed 18 days - already planning my next visit -

This place is so perfectly located in the heart of Carlsbad and so close to the beach. The place had everything you need and was very comfortable. The only drawback is that it is also really close to the train which has to sound it’s very pound horn everyone it goes through.

Everything really was really ideal for me, my dad, and my two kids. Having the comfortable couch, beds and grounds was amazing! My kids and I felt very safe and there was so much with in walking distance. We would love to stay here again

This is a perfect location. You can walk all around Carlsbad. You never even have to move your car which is nice because there is limited parking in the area. The beds were comfortable and it was perfect for the occasion.

Impeccable location, for our family just right.

My 2 young children and I had a very comfortable stay. The home itself is very child friendly, beds were super comfortable, and the neighborhood itself was very quiet. The train does run by and you can hear it BUT it didn’t bother us at all and my kids actually loved it and would look out the kitchen window whenever they heard it come by. We came at the end of May so the weather was perfect and the house temperature wasn’t stuffy and we were never cold in the mornings. All basic necessities were provided which I appreciated (I forgot salt and was thrilled to see some in the cabinet). I appreciated all the extra beach gear. We didn’t use it but it was nice to know it was there if we needed it. I did have trouble at check in. There were 2 codes but only one was given to me and after some confusion on the phone with customer service we figured it out. Also the shower door was wobbly which I had noted as I was bathing my kids but at one point my elbow had barely tapped it and the whole door fell off. I caught it before it hit the floor but I’m afraid if I didn’t it would have cracked or shattered. Maybe something to look into for maintenance. Overall I 100% recommend staying here. It’s the perfect location for families who want to be near the beach as well as shopping/restaurants. We hope to be back soon!
