Coquina A207 - Shell Haven

Arrived on Friday and discovered that the tv's were not working properly. Tried to unplug the Xfinity and reboot but no avail. Made contact with folks and finally found out that the contract had expired and would be no service. Speaking to Dan about other options and agreed to just compensate for the outage which has been done. Hard to believe the owner was not aware that there would be no service from Xfinity. Liked the area and the area was well maintained. We will decide later if we will repeat as we vacation in that area 2-3 times a year.

Beautiful view, great variety of beach items and games. Pool was neat and clean.

It was very easy to find the complex and parking was no problem. Entering the unit was easy thanks to a punch code lock. The unit was clean and well appointed. The only thing we needed that wasn't provided was a corkscrew. No ice maker was problematic since we stayed for a week. The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked great. Furniture was comfortable. Porch was nice. Pool was easy to get to and so was the beach. The downstairs shower needs attention as mentioned in other reviews. It barely trickles out so all four of us had to shower in the second bathroom. Not very convenient but seemingly an easy fix. Otherwise a great stay!

Had a super relaxing week. Condo had everything to enjoy our stay. Great place to unwind. Kind and considerate community feeling.

Clean condo, comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen, and beautiful view of beach from back porch and master bedroom window. Our family had a great week at the condo!

Overall a great condo - you really can’t beat the location, right on the beach. The condo is well maintained for a rental unit. The grounds/property are also very well maintained. Crescent beach is beautiful. You won’t be disappointed staying here.
