Unfortunately-we had to leave this location after 1 day of being there because the access above use between the 2nd and 3rd floors had leaking lines from the AC units. The water was coming down the inside of the walls and leaking from the ceiling. VACASA the 3rd party Property Management Company has NOT been managing this property and WE were the ones that were punished for it while on vacation. We were told to leave the location within 30 minutes (@ 1030/1100) so workers could begin repairs. We then spent the remainder of the day in our rental vehicle with all of our items including groceries until approximately 2030 when we were finally placed in a house in the absolute WORST neighborhood. A gentleman trying to open the window in the middle of the night. We spent until 0430 trying to get a fair resolution, before I took it upon myself to book my family a Hotel room to at least feel safe. VACASA ruined our vacation in many ways, but when they are not properly caring for a property to the point where it affects customers AS WELL AS the owners (who I hope see this post so they know the property is being neglected). Shame on you VACASA for not taking care of your rentals and then attempting to charge us more because you have to move us!! Poor poor very poor customer service. Now I know this falls on VACASA mostly, but Vrbo should check who they are doing business with because it makes customers like myself who have used Vrbo for years NOT want to use Vrbo ever again.

I love St Augustine and this unit is steps away from the pool. We chose to drive to the beach each day because it’s about a 7-8 minute walk from this unit. But the price was excellent for a two bedroom and it was nice . I would stay here again for the price . Ocean Village Club is well maintained, they have staff at each pool and the pools are very nice.
