The house was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—with streaming, AC, and a washer/dryer making things super convenient. The water views and patio were a peaceful treat, and the location couldn’t be better: just 5 minutes from Costco, Super Target, and tons of grocery and shopping options. We loved the quick access to Jacksonville’s beaches and even made a short trip to charming St. Augustine. Digital entry was easy, and the board games were a nice touch. Highly recommend—we’d book again in a heartbeat!
We had such a great time staying here. We stayed for the weekend for a friends wedding and this house was able to accommodate us perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the home. Thank you again!
It was big and spacious
The house is very comfortable, clean, close to shopping center. Excellent location 100% recommended
We must have been the first visitors to this location, since there were no reviews previously and it did say "new listing". Also looks like this might be a recent renovation that still could use a few things. Overall, the house was very clean. Floors were nice, new carpet and I think all the mattresses were new also. Most of the windows on the first floor had "fan fold" paper window shades behind the louvered window shades. Those paper shades could not easily be raised since there was no frame or cord to facilitate that. So being able to see outside was through the windows was not so easy. The bathrooms also need “hand towel” holders on the wall and toilet paper holders somewhere. In general, furniture-wise, we felt like things were a bit sparse. I noticed this even just looking at the photos before renting. Having some chairs outback would be really nice. Having more bedside end tables and at least a small dresser in each bedroom would be extremely beneficial. Don't get me wrong, this place is great start and has potential, but really needs a bit work to make it great.
We llije the house but it could been more cleaner no tvs in but living room and on room it should of been tvs in every room
