Beautiful home in a great location!
This property was very clean, spacious, close to stores, restaurants, movies, and 10 min ride to the beach. The host were very responsive and friendly.
Ease of reserving, checking in and out, great amenities, well kept and ideal location for me.
We recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. While the location was convenient, there were several issues that detracted from our stay. First, the home is not clearly marked, making it difficult to find in the dark. The house numbers are positioned at the top of the garage, which are not visible from the street. Housekeeping could have done a better job. We found bugs in the sink and tub, possibly water bugs, which was unpleasant. The bedroom mattress was uncomfortable, tilting at an angle that made us feel like we were falling off the bed. Larger beds would be a great improvement for this property. There were no instructions provided for operating the thermostat or TVs. We managed to guess the thermostat password, but clear instructions would have been helpful. Additionally, the exterior walkways were not well-maintained, with acorn shells scattered on the ground. Housekeeping should also ensure towels are laid out for guests rather than stored under the kitchen sink. It would also be a good idea to upgrade to a smart lock system, which would eliminate the hassle of managing physical keys. One frustrating incident was a neighbor or someone parking a truck and trailer on the street, partially blocking the driveway. Unfortunately, there wasn’t much Vacasa could do about it. Overall, this property has potential, but the issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and organization detracted from the experience. 3 stars.
