Bradmore Casita B

This is a great spot if you need to be in the Indian Trails neighborhood of Palm Coast. It is close to shopping, dining and other amenities and is very well equipped and was nice and clean. It has a great yard if you have pets. You should note that it is the smaller half of a duplex property with 1 and 1/2 baths, so plan accordingly if there are more than a couple of guests.

Keeping the overall nightly rate in perspective, our overall stay was good. The casita is in a great location. The property is in a safe neighborhood and the fenced backyard was a plus. The paint colors and sunroom are quite nice. The kitchen utensils and dishware should be replaced as some of the items are quite worn. The living room rug also needs a cleaning as it smells like urine. Another drawback is the master bedroom faces a busy road with a stop light and street light right outside the window. If you turn the blinds in the opposite direction it blocks some of the light. We had guests next to us in Casita A who smoked and it came through the bedroom, it was gross. The televisions didn't connect to the internet and despite reaching out to Vacasa, who assured us the local contact would be in touch, that never happened.

We enjoyed the spending time in family, great location closer to public stores, only suggest to improve the outside lights and closets folding doors to work properly. Thanks for all and thinking come back soon! Watson Reyna

My grandson loved the foosball table. There were games and books. Plenty of towels and beach towels.

We had to make a trip last minute due to a funeral service, and had to be pup friendly. So glad we found this little place, it was perfect for our family of 5 and pups. Everything was clean and comfortable, will definitely use on future trips down!

The property was very clean and ready upon arrival. The host was extremely easy to communicate with and checked-in daily.
