1142 Beach Walker

The unit itself is spacious and was well equipped. Some reviews stated it has an ocean view however this is not accurate. Due to it being on the first level the view of this unit are trees. The walk to the beach is quite long with a lot of steps. Not the most practical with two small children and all the beach items. The unit was clean however there are a lot of rugs that weren't the cleanest and were stuffy smelling. A few things need to be updated as well. The area is very nice and it was such a nice view once on the boardwalk for leisure walks. We saw rabbits and turtles which our kids very much enjoyed. Overall I would rate our stay a 3 out of 5 stars.

It was soooo hot! The air conditioning worked like a charm. The pool was excellent. The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Be wary there is no elevator and lots of steps. I had a great workout week.

We enjoyed our trip so much! This apartment was plenty spacious for our family of four. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook and having a full size washing machine and dryer was so helpful! The one thing I would mention is that this apartment has a private entrance with about 3-4 sets of stairs. Not a huge issue but there is no access to an elevator for this apartment and wouldn’t be handicapped accessible. It was a little bit of a chore loading and unloading our luggage, groceries, etc as well as packing up and going to the beach. I say this because I didn’t see this mentioned in the apartment details but I could’ve overlooked it. Otherwise fantastic apartment!

Great Location at the beach, very nice pool area

This condo was great for our 2 nights at the beach. We appreciated the beach chair and beach toys in the closet.

We enjoyed the location and the pool. There were some items available for us to use, like 2 chairs, some games to take to the beach. The kitchen had limited supplies but they did leave us with plenty of trash bags, soap, laundry detergent & dishwashing detergent. The kitchen had multiple broken cabinets and the stools were very wobbly & needed to be tightened, I alerted the Vacasa staff and they were willing to send someone out to address these issues and some cleaning issues, but we declined. We just wanted them to be aware of what needed to be fixed before the next person came to stay. Overall, it was a god vacation and we didn’t spend a lot of time inside so it didn’t really matter.
