Everything!!! From the moment I booked the property to the day we left out, our time there was awesome.

Nice spot, nice build, just wish the dishes were clean. The doors and such need a little maintenance.

The distance to the beach, very short walk. Excellent deal!

Do not stay here or with Vacasa!! Do yourself a favor and book literally anything else! I’m not kidding! A few days before we left Vacasa called and cancelled our original reservation because renovations would not be completed. When I answered the guy told me he didn’t think I would answer and he wanted to leave me a message, not talk to me. They called ant nearly 9 ant night. After this, they sent several houses that were about an hour from our original. Not a big deal but I would have rather stayed around there. We were just in a time crunch because this happened 2 days before we were suppose to leave. They refunded the difference after we picked this house. We traveled 9+ hours to get here so it was late when we arrived. We unloaded we noted it was a little dirty and took off to the beach. When we got back we really started to notice how filthy everything was and it looked like no one had been in here for a while. I had an automated text from Vacasa about how clean it was, so I said it was not clean and ended up on the phone with someone that got a local cleaner out. That person was there less than an hour and left. They did absolutely nothing. All the vents were dirty, used bandaid in the shower still, mold in the upstairs bedroom, mold in the washer, doors that didn’t open, gates that didn’t close, glass outside, screws and nails hanging out of the deck, bottoms of our feet were black from dirty floor, comforters had stains on them. But the local manager said, “It’s an older home the nightly rent isn’t that much and the owner has been working on it. The house is fine.“ so that makes everything okay. I spent several hours on the phone with these people and they did not want to help. They wanted to give me $350 back and a 10% discount on my next stay. Woohoo what a good deal after I spent $40 on cleaning supplies because they had 2 chances to clean. RIDICULOUS!! Do not book with Vacasa or this house. I should have read reviews and stayed away. I would have rather not vacationed than stayed here.
