Proximity to the beach is great- within walking distance. Car access is about a mile down so keep that in mind. There are no extra amenities at this house- no blankets, trash bags, soap, cleaning products, anything you could forget. There is only 1 tv in a bedroom and it’s dvd only- but there’s no DVDs to choose from. Had to go buy something for the kids to watch. The driveway is terrible. If you’re going with more than 1 vehicle, you will be constantly moving around so everyone can get in and out. For the money, we will not return. We’ve stayed in much nicer with closer beach access for the same amount of money.

There is no grill outside. The bundled is half together by duct tape for the top bunk. There is no tv in 2nd bedroom. Kids room has a TV now that I found the TV in the marsee bath closet... and its power cable in the 2nd bedroom closet.. and the blue ray player in the living room ottoman. (DVD player broken) The tv in living room has 5 lines across it but you can see the picture. There are no seasonings in the house or coffee or coffee filters. There is body wash shampoo and conditioner in both bathrooms and the showers work well. Shower outside controller is broken off- but we made it work. Neighborhood beach access js walkable. Carts only - no vehicles will go thru the path. For cars - you drive to first light about a mile away to get onto the beach. Beach passes are $10 at the stores. Wifi is line of sight dishes & big new house next door blocks it - so Wifi is slow. But works.

This home was perfect for our family. We had enough space for the adults and kids, and the toys and games available added to our stay. The walk to the beach was pleasant and close enough our 5 year old was able to make it without complaints. This is a great spot for families wanting time at the beach without being crowded.

Listing was up to expectations, the house is very nice and perfect location if you rent a golf cart to access the beach! Kitchen had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Clean, bright home.
