Brian and Jodi Harsany, the owners of Cobalt, The Restaurant, established Cosmos in the mid-2000s to create a dining experience that captured the relaxed yet vibrant essence of the Gulf Coast. 

The restaurant is named after its original canine companion, Cosmo. This pup is known for its welcoming spirit, which is a trait the establishment embodies. 

And while the ambiance is laidback, the menu is an eclectic mix of pasta, hand-cut steaks, and its famous banana-leaf-wrapped fish. 

Supporting local purveyors is more than a slogan for Cosmo's Restaurant & Bar. It's a practice that ensures the seafood is as fresh as the ocean breeze and ingredients are as local as the friendly faces around town. 

Cosmo's goes above and beyond to source the finest in-season fruits and vegetables from nearby farms, promoting sustainability and a farm-to-table experience.

The Ribeye will please any meat lover and features a hand-cut, well-marbled Certified Angus Beef. It comes with Yukon gold potatoes, ginger greens with fried onion straws.
