Scottsdale, AZ — Casago Vacation Rentals, a leading property management and short-term rental company, is thrilled to announce the addition of Ryan Tolley to its Franchise Development Team. Tolley brings a wealth of experience in hospitality, tourism, and sports to Casago, having excelled in several corporate roles at Vacasa, most recently in Business Development.
Tolley’s ability to cultivate professional relationships is bolstered by his extensive expertise in business development. His varied background, which includes significant experience in the sports and hospitality industries, makes him a valuable asset to Casago.
While pursuing a Business degree at Nazareth University in Rochester, NY, Tolley also played collegiate basketball, underscoring his drive and teamwork. Moreover, his passion for sports led to incredible opportunities with organizations including NASCAR and the NFL Tampa Bay Buccaneers before transitioning to Vacasa.
At NASCAR, Tolley served as Director of Sales & Business Development, skills he had honed at Watkins Glen International. The keen ability to foster valuable business relationships, together with Tolley’s enthusiasm for sports, further cultivated his role in developing corporate partnerships for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Ryan also served as Corporate Sponsorship Officer for the Clearwater Marine Aquarium in his adopted state of Florida.
During his tenure at Vacasa, Tolley’s roles included Homeowner Sales and Acquisitions in purchasing property management companies. Furthermore, he spearheaded Multi-Unit Business Development, whereby the company partnered with Real Estate Developers, Resort Managers, and HOAs. Tolley’s vast experience in the industry will spur Casago’s ongoing growth.
Upon joining Casago, Tolley expressed, “I have long admired Casago’s culture, mission, and values and I could not be prouder to become a part of it.” Tolley’s diligence, dependability, and empathy align perfectly with Casago’s owner-centric values, he added, “I focus on trying to connect and develop relationships, and being empathetic is a key to that.”

Tolley is enthusiastic about connecting with new markets and will be handling the eastern half of the U.S. Tolley detailed, “My role is to bring new franchise partners to Casago in order to grow our presence in key markets.”
Tolley’s consistent focus on business development is further reflected in his dependability. He detailed, “I’m extremely consistent in my actions. I hold myself to a high standard and try to consistently exceed that.”
Originally from the Finger Lakes region of western New York, Tolley moved to Florida in 2011 and has called Tampa Bay home since 2015, where he lives with his wife, Erica. Both are actively involved in animal rescue, focusing on fostering efforts and helping rescues with special needs in particular.
