Casago Big Bear Expands Portfolio With Acquisition of Former Vacasa Properties

Casago Big Bear, one of Casago’s longest-standing franchisees, has acquired former Vacasa properties in Big Bear Lake. This grows the local portfolio to over 340 homes. The recent acquisition comes after several strategic transitions, as Casago brings former Vacasa markets into the franchise model.

With over three decades of local hospitality experience, Casago Big Bear owner Nick Lanza will operate the expanded portfolio while continuing to provide exceptional guest experiences and maintain long-standing relationships with homeowners.
