With over two decades of experience in the short-term rental industry, Pedigo brings both unmatched expertise and contagious enthusiasm to his new role. Before joining Casago, Pedigo spent seven years at Vacasa, excelling in owner acquisition and overseeing both organic and inorganic sales team development.
His career also includes key experiences with Intrawest and Powdr Corp, where he successfully developed and managed lodging programs for renowned ski resorts.
“Developing relationships organically is about understanding,” Pedigo detailed, “while keeping relationships at the top of my mind.” Along with his experience on the business side of short-term rentals, Pedigo speaks to the other side of the coin as a rental homeowner with a precise focus on strategies to maximize revenue.
Pedigo is a proven leader with a deep background in hospitality. He is anxious to share anecdotes from each step of his journey, humbled by the many leaders in the lodging industry who have been willing to mentor.
Following undergraduate studies in Virginia and South Carolina, Pedigo made his way west to Colorado to work at ski resorts. Reflecting on this period, Pedigo recalled, “These experiences taught me how to anticipate and lead with empathy.”

After two decades in the Colorado mountains, Pedigo now resides in Eagle, Idaho with his family, where he continues to strive for new heights – preferably to ski.
