There's a common denominator in Hillsville connecting Toasters Deli with Brooklyn, New York: Joe LaMonaca.  

Joe grew up in Brooklyn and brings his childhood memories, along with his 25-year career in the restaurant industry, to Toasters Deli. He's worked at busy downtown delis, Greek and Italian restaurants, American pubs, and gourmet pizzerias.  

With this background, it should be no surprise that Joe modeled his eatery after a New York-style deli. However, instead of a frantic pace with attitude, one will find a laid-back and friendly vibe at Toasters.

The menu showcases fresh-baked croissants, homemade soups and salads, and daily specials.
