Catrina Wakefield joined Casago in 2016 as the Director of Global Business Development, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for strategic growth. Under her leadership, Casago has seen remarkable transformation, expanding its footprint from 9 to 60 + locations through the successful development and implementation of the Casago franchise program. Her forward-thinking approach and innovative strategies have established her as a sought-after advisor, both within the Casago organization and across the  vacation rental industry.

Before her impactful tenure at Casago, Catrina honed her skills at The Connor Group, a prestigious real estate investment firm. In that role, she was crucial to the growth and success of their portfolio of multi-family communities in both the Dallas and Nashville markets. Her keen insights and ability to drive results significantly contributed to the firm’s expansion and profitability.

In addition to her professional achievements, Catrina is a dedicated basketball mom to one son, who thrives on supporting her child’s athletic pursuits. She is an Ironman athlete and an avid endurance sports enthusiast who loves trail running and backpacking with friends. Her commitment to excellence and adventure, both in her professional and personal life, serves as an inspiration to her colleagues and peers.
