About

The Baily name is well-known in Temecula. Whether you stop for wine tasting at the Baily Vineyard & Winery or grab a meal at Baily’s Old Town Temecula, you’ll connect with this family’s deep roots.

The vineyard was established in 1986 by Phil and Carol Bailey. With its success, the family branched out to open a restaurant with a lively bar environment in Old Town Temecula.

Today, the couple’s son, Chris, manages Bailey’s/Old Town Temecula. With the historic Old West buildings and stagecoach route legacy, Baily’s embraced that sense of place from the start. Here, you’ll find a venue connected to the past while offering a polished dining experience.

Bailey’s expanded its offerings and refined its menu as more travelers began visiting Temecula Valley for vineyards and weekend getaways. The addition of the nightclub allowed it to transition from a relaxed dining room into an energetic nightlife destination after dark.

Best of all, its central location means you can combine sightseeing with a meal or a lively night of celebrating. Whether you spend your day at Pechanga Resort Casino or swinging a club at Temecula Creek Inn Golf Course, Bailey’s is a short drive away.

Visit and discover for yourself why Bailey’s is a dependable place to eat, drink, and experience the rhythm of Temecula.

Vibe

Perched on a corner of Old Town Temecula, Baily’s two-story brick exterior features modern elements, including Western-style arches and covered patios.

Inside, the decor blends wood finishes, brick details, warm lighting, and white linen-covered tables for an upscale vibe. The large bar area and polished surfaces give it a modern edge, suitable for special occasions or a fun night out on the town.

The expansive patio makes dining al fresco a joy, and after sunset, the area comes alive with live music. The modern overhead trellis provides shade by day, and when the tunes come alive at dusk, it glows with garden lights.

The ambiance offers the best of both worlds. By day, it can be a quiet oasis where camaraderie and cuisine are shared. At night, Bailey’s reverberates with a lively energy that is also family-friendly.

Baily’s/Old Town Temecula: Menu & Drinks

The seasonal, made-from-scratch menu showcases American classics with bold flavors and fresh ingredients.

Kickstart your dining adventure with the Calamai with Jalapeños. This flavorful starter features fried calamari with jalapeños and comes with sides of soy ginger aioli and marinara sauce.

Another appetizer that many diners choose as a meal is the Classic Sliders. These mouth-watering classics feature ground chuck patties on a King’s sweet Hawaiian roll with cheddar cheese, grilled onions, and chili aioli.

Popular handhelds range from the caprese pizza to Bailey’s smash burgers, fish tacos, Reuben, and French dip. While these are à la carte, there are plenty of sides to add to your meal.

The Fork and Knife choices are hearty, perfect for satisfying your hunger after a day exploring Santa Rosa Plateau Ecological Reserve.

A unique dish with German heritage is Grandma Bailey’s Chicken Schnitzel. In traditional style, chefs pound the chicken breast, bread it, and sauté it in a lemon-caper beurre blanc. Accompanying this dish are mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts.

Steak lovers will marvel at the 16-oz bone-in ribeye or the 12-oz New York. Both come with filling sides, making for a soul-satisfying meal.

You’ll also find salads and seafood entrees, along with creative twists on comfort classics like the Cajun Mac. This mouth-watering dish showcases cavatappi noodles in a spicy cheese sauce with grilled andouille sausage and tomato concasse.

The drink selections, like the menu, feature creative twists on classic cocktails and an impressive wine list. Baily’s is known for its handcrafted margaritas, martinis, and old-fashioned cocktails. With its connection to the family winery, the choices are astounding, including surrounding Temecula Valley vineyards.

Dining at Baily’s adds depth to a Temecula getaway by combining fresh food, well-executed drinks, and a stellar location.
