This restaurant is part of the Treylor Park Restaurants, co-founded by Trey Wilder and Rick Kunzi in 2014. The original Treylor Park in the Savannah Historic District became an overnight hotspot. Visitors raved about the innovative take on comfort food and its relaxed, Southern-inspired vibe. 

Since its debut, the restaurant group has expanded to include multiple locations between Georgia and Florida. Local examples are Hitch and Double Wide. 

Beach Party opened in 2024 in the old Tybee Island Social Club building. The renovated interior pays homage to its predecessor while incorporating the island's coastal charm.

The menu reflects the vibe of all Treylor Park restaurants, featuring creative twists on Southern classics and comfort foods. A case in point is the Treylor Park Pot Pie. While this comfort classic features peas, carrots, corn, celery, onions, and chicken, it draws inspiration from South of the Border. The ingredients and the creamy herb sauce are wrapped in a flour tortilla and deep-fried to a golden brown. Add the fresh pico de gallo and a side of collard greens, and you'll be hard-pressed to decide if it's a burrito or a pot pie!
