Unit 7 is up some stairs. 3/4 of the way up, five feet above on the outside left wall, is a burned out spotlight to put light on the stairs. At the bottom of the stairs , the last step is onto a square cement platform, you go forward one step, and then is a STEEP step down onto a path— the path to the right connects the parking lot 7 and a gated ground unit to the left. The stairs, platform, and path are all the same color concrete, and blend to hide the step down to the bath. I have pictures and want to show you to prevent someone from a worse fall than I had.. Problem: Without the burned out spotlight, you cannot see the last step down from the platform to the path. I fell, hard, onto my knees, elbow and palm, while going to my car to unpack and move in around 10:00 at night. My knee was not broken, at first I thought it was. I could not walk for the first two days of my vacation— and I was an evacuee from Pasadena of the Eaton Fire. I was wearing thick pants. It was bleeding badly under the pants. A had my nephew bring gauze, antibiotic ointment and bandages. Five days later the bruises are colorful and gory. I have asked for a call at least four times. I would still like to talk to someone about this, and your unresponsiveness to my earlier calls because my email was blocked and I needed to know the unit and checkin in and out procedures. I did not report your neglect on the public reviews. I still would like to talk to someone 626-808-8668

My family’s stay got off to a seriously rocky start with big, unexpected issues at the property. The Casago broker immediately understood that we couldn’t remain there and assisted us in relocating to a newly remodeled, well appointed flat in a great area. All is well that ends well! Wow what can I say but this property was like home from home, the decor & rooms were so comfortable and amazing . The outside space was so spacious & the heated pool (requested for a fee) was perfect at the end of a day visiting the close by restaurants, shopping malls & attractions by Uber or even the unreal Waymos. Also the customer service from Casago was outstanding replying promptly & efficiently with care showing nothing was a problem .. so thank you all 10/10 all round we would surely recommend you ♥️

This house answered all our needs. My Mom and Dad live in the same neighborhood and this afforded us the opportunity to be close to them but also close to the great little town of Cottonwood along with Jerome and Sedona. I brought a couple of friends that had never been in the area before and we got to do so much. The house is so well equipped, we lacked for nothing. The house is very comfortably decorated and inviting. Best experience with a rental property!
