Twelve different styles of tacos are listed on their menu, from traditional cochinita pibil to vegetarian. The succulent pork (lechón de cerdo) and strip steak (arrachera) tacos are favorites. In addition to the taco namesake, the menu showcases traditional Yucatecan dishes such as lime soup and Poc-Chuc pork. Tortas, burritos, and quesadillas further expand the menu's options. Taco Maya by Oxtun also has vegetarian, vegan, and gluten options to suit everyone's taste.

When it comes to beverages, the restaurant doesn't disappoint. In addition to refreshing fruit waters and lemonade to quench anyone's thirst, Taco Maya by Oxtun has draft and bottled beer and an assortment of cocktails. Their margarita list alone includes frozen lime, mango, or strawberry. There is also a golden margarita and the popular Margarita Maya served with a Corona.
