The 21-foot, 115-horsepower O/B 4-stroke pontoon boat came with all the necessary equipment and even a quick tutorial on how to operate it. We enjoyed a full day out on the lake, navigating the waters and doing some fishing.
Cheap Thrills Rentals offers a variety of pontoon boats for different group sizes, with options for up to 14 people. The boat we rented was in excellent condition, and the rental process was smooth and hassle-free.

Getting There
The Cheap Thrills Rental shop is located on North 3rd Street.
Check in at the main office for your rental, and then they will then take you to the waterfront to get your boat.
Cost
The cost for our boat was $450 for 7 hours, but the costs do not include fuel (you have to pay for that when you take the boat out). In addition, the other boats have differing costs.
Prices vary depending on what you rent, so make sure to check their website for pricing.
Local Tips
- They offer daily, overnight, and multiple-day rentals.
- Try the pontoon boats. You can pull them right up onto the beach!
- Rent the jet skis—even if you have never done it before, the experience is well worth it. The jet skis are powerful!
- The sooner you book the trip, the better since they do book out somewhat in advance and may not have a lot of options available if you arrive that day.
