One of the standout dishes is its sumptuous Kiawe Smoked Brisket Tacos. This mouth-watering meal features three corn or two flour tortillas topped with delicious Texas-style smoked brisket. Atop this scrumptiousness are salsa, shredded lettuce, cheese, and their homemade BBQ aioli.
