Start your meal with a crowd-pleasing favorite, the Skillet Cornbread. The cast iron gives the cornbread a nice crust perfect for the whipped agave butter. 

When pondering Southwest fare cooked over a fire, steaks top the list, and Roaring Fork does not disappoint. All steaks are hand-cut in-house, wood-fired on a grill, and feature all-natural Black Angus beef. Choices include Filet Mignon, Prime bone-in Ribeye, and New York strip. All come with either caramelized shallot butter, chimichurri, or Chipotle Demi-Glace.

If you prefer a lighter fare, consider the Cedar Plank Salmon. The fish is cooked over a wood fire on a cedar plank for a taste sensation out of this world! Asparagus, apricot teriyaki glaze, and lemon soy Beurre blanc top of this fantastic feast!
