The meticulously crafted menu at Grassroots Kitchen & Tap is a captivating journey through classic Southern-influenced American cuisine.

Start your meal with the Noble Bread Service. This appetizer features fresh, homemade Noble Bread, whipped butter, garlic thyme rosemary EVOO, sea salt, and cracked pepper. 

An entree that will appeal to vegetarians is the Farm to Table Vegetable Platter. This meal features vine tomatoes & bleu crumbles, sautéed chard,

grilled asparagus, and chef's featured vegetables. It's a colorful meal where the vegetables take center stage.

Moving on to the Sea Smoke and Orzo Salad, this offering is a testament to the restaurant's unwavering commitment to using top-notch ingredients. The salad showcases smoked salmon, arugula, corn, vine tomatoes, Persian cucumbers, pickled red onion, and candied pecans. All this deliciousness is topped with a buttermilk pesto dressing.

You can't beat the Roots' BBQ Brisket for a taste of the South and Texas. The meat is cooked "low & slow" and comes with thin BBQ sauce, pork belly baked beans, jalapeño-cheddar grits, and local pickles. It's a stick-to-your-ribs feast! 

Regarding beverages, Grassroots Kitchen & Tap offers a good selection of beer and wine. But they are known for their signature cocktails. 

A standout choice is the Cadillac Margarita. This libation uses Corazón blanco tequila, grand marnier, egg white, and lime. It's the perfect companion to a savory entree. 

The Pink Cougar offers something with pizzazz. The drink uses Deep Eddy grapefruit vodka, chamomile syrup, and bubbles for an effervescent drinking experience.
