Getting There

Here's a simple step-by-step guide to get to Coachella Valley Vista Point from Palm Springs:

  • Start by heading east on E Tahquitz Canyon Way toward N Civic Drive.
  • Turn left onto S Sunrise Way.
  • Use the right 2 lanes to turn right onto E Palm Canyon Dr.
  • Continue onto CA-111 S/E Palm Canyon Dr.
  • Use the left 2 lanes to turn slightly left onto CA-74 S/Monterey Ave (signs for California 74 S/Interstate 10).
  • Continue to follow CA-74 S. This road will take you up the mountain. The vista point is about 15 miles up the mountain.
  • Arrive at Coachella Valley Vista Point. It will be on your right.
