About

Tomoko Jones and Eric Bovy combined their culinary skills and cultural heritages to fuse Japanese and French cuisine. The end result is French Miso Café!

With Tomoko's Japanese roots and Eric's French background, blending cultures resulted in a one-of-a-kind culinary destination.

Tomoko and Eric's journey from fashion designers to restaurateurs has imbued the café with artistry and elegance. Every detail, from the décor to the ambiance, reflects their commitment to beauty and precision. The presence of an Ikebana vase at each table symbolizes harmony and respect for tradition, perfectly embodying the café's ethos.

What distinguishes French Miso Café is its foundational philosophy. It's about respecting and celebrating the diversity of French and Japanese cultures. This principle resonates throughout the café, creating a welcoming and intriguing atmosphere. The café has thus become more than a place to eat; it's a destination for those who appreciate the convergence of different cultures and the stories they tell.

The café opens its doors for lunch from Thursday to Sunday, between 11 am and 2 pm. Dinner service is available from Wednesday to Saturday, from 5:30 pm to 9 pm, offering guests ample opportunities to indulge in its unique offerings.
