Asian Filet Beef Bowl

Many dishes at Mosquito are Asian-inspired. On this bowl, strips of freshly cooked filet mignon are laid on angel hair pasta. In the mix is greens, pickled ginger, sweet peppers, shredded carrots, red cabbage, cilantro, and green onions. The dressing on this bowl is tamari sesame vinaigrette. Also, note this dish is served cold. However, the filet mignon is warm.

Shrimp Cake Burger

We did say that the menu was eclectic. This is one of the more unique dishes on the menu. It begins with a homemade shrimp cake burger. Additionally, it comes with pico de gallo, lettuce, and island sauce on a hamburger bun. As for sides, there are plenty to choose from. This includes choices such as apple pecan salad, fresh sauteed vegetables, or a soup.
