After a calorie-burning lesson at Cannon Beach Surf Lessons & Rentals, saunter over to Seasons Cafe for lunch for a hot panini sandwich like the Traditional Reuben. This handheld features either turkey or veggies and comes on marbled rye bread with melted Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and house-made 1,000 Island Dressing. Served with chips, potato salad, or pasta salad, it will nourish and beat off the Pacific Ocean's chill. 

There are many vegetarian options, like the Vegetarian Wrap with hummus, spring mix, tomato, onion, red pepper, avocado, and cucumber. 

Dinner is only served Friday and Saturday from 4:00-7:00 PM but offers a diverse selection.
