About

For an extravagant meal in a homey and intimate setting, one restaurant comes to mind: 11 Maple Street

The restaurant, conceived by Chef Michael Perrin in 1985, began its journey with a modest dining room housing merely eight tables. This humble start marked the genesis of a culinary odyssey over three decades.

Chef Perrin's vision for 11 Maple Street was to create an experience that resonated with change and innovation. The restaurant's early days saw a continuous evolution of its menu, reflecting the changing culinary times and trends.

Chef Perrin's commitment to offering a unique dining experience is evident in how he has adapted and reinvented the menu over the years.

11 Maple Street's limited schedule reflects its commitment to providing an unrushed, high-quality dining experience.

Vibe

11 Maple Street offers a memorable dining experience in a historic Florida-style house. Inside, the restaurant features an eclectic mix of old and new. The small dining rooms create a cozy and intimate setting. The decor blends traditional elements with modern accents, making the ambiance comfortable and inviting.

The exterior reflects its historical roots, featuring a classic Florida architectural style with simple yet charming details.

The building, with its historical significance dating back to 1905, fits perfectly into the scenic and relaxed environment of Jensen Beach.

This combination of a historic structure and a contemporary approach to dining creates a unique and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.

11 Maple Street: Menu & Drinks

Chef Perrin prepares his signature dishes with meats raised in a wholesome and humane way, locally sourced organic produce, and the best of both farm-raised and wild-caught seafood. And with his ever-evolving creative cuisine, the menu changes with the seasons and the ingredients.

Starting with appetizers, the Roasted Beets offer a harmonious blend of flavors with Laura Chenel goat cheese, red watercress, and a walnut vinaigrette. Another standout dish is the Soba Ramen, which features a comforting dashi broth, pickled onion, a soft egg, and ginger-cured Faroe Island salmon, showcasing a beautiful balance of flavors and textures.

The Wood Grilled New Zealand Elk Tenderloin is a must-try for main courses. It's served with roasted farro and butternut gratin, potato and caramelized onion fritter, and a rich dried porcini sauce.

Another noteworthy entree is the Wood Grilled Wagyu Hanger Steak. Accompanied by onion rings and salsa verde, it's a perfect example of how simple ingredients can be elevated to create something extraordinary.

The wine selection is equally impressive. 11 Maple Street offers a vast selection of wines by the glass, carefully chosen to complement the dishes. The Cotes de Roussillon wines are often red blends, typically made from Grenache, Syrah, and Carignan grapes. These wines are characterized by their rich, full-bodied flavor with dark fruit and spice notes. They pair excellently with hearty dishes, complementing intense flavors and grilled meats.

The range of Spanish wines also ensures a perfect match for every palate and dish, whether visitors prefer whites, reds, or something in between.

11 Maple Street offers fine dining with a laid-back beach vibe in an elegant setting that will highlight any Treasure Coast vacation.
