About

It all started in a Connecticut kitchen. A young boy, learning firsthand from his Sicilian grandmother the secrets to great food. Vincent discovered that he not only had a knack for cooking but that, in many ways, he was destined to be a chef; it was in his DNA.

Fast forward to around 2008, and Vincent Monarca opened Vinny's Euro American Cuisine to rave reviews. But getting there wasn't an overnight success.

Vincent, who goes by "Vinny," received a culinary degree in 1992 from Johnson and Wales in Rhode Island.

In 2000, Vinny moved to Summit County and found work as a sous chef. His next big break came when he became chef at Alpine Natural Foods, where he honed his skills preparing healthier fare.

After seven years, he knew it was time to bring his dream to life and open his own eatery. And the rest, as they say, is history.

When you dine at Vinny's, his story permeates every bite and every nook of the restaurant. You sense you're back in Connecticut, and his Italian family is cooking your meal. Moreover, Vinny's makes you feel like family, connecting you to his passion for creative cuisine along with the locally sourced ingredients.

When you're ready to savor food that's a notch above the others, Vinny's Euro American Cuisine has a table waiting for you.

Vibe

Vinny's Euro American Cuisine radiates warmth and charm that draws you in from the moment you see it.

The exterior is a tasteful blend of traditional and contemporary architecture, presenting a polished façade of wood and glass. The inviting entrance sets the stage for what awaits inside.

The interior is a fusion of chic European elegance and American comfort. White linen tablecloths adorn tables for two, while cozy booths with red wallpaper and art are perfect for larger groups.

Large windows offer picturesque views of the Frisco area, and ample lighting sets the mood for romantic dinners or business lunches.

For private events, Vinny's has adjoining rooms that are accommodating.

The restaurant's vibe extends beyond its physical attributes. The welcoming staff, with their warm smiles and attentive service, contribute significantly to the palpable sense of comfort and conviviality.

Vinny's Euro American Cuisine paints a picture of a place where cultures converge, where the refinement of European style meets the familiarity of American warmth.

Vinny's is where you go for a romantic dinner in a private corner or hold lively celebrations with friends. When on your Colorado getaway, let Chef Vinny and his team welcome you into his "home."

Vinny's Euro American Cuisine: Menu & Drinks

With such a diverse menu, sharing all the wonders one could consider for a meal at Vinny's is impossible. Nonetheless, here are some standouts.

The Chicken Cutlet Parmesan uses fresh, all-natural, hormone-free chicken from Boulder. It's breaded and cooked to perfection, served with house-made marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. Diners also receive the Vegetable dú Jour & a choice of one of the following: Parmesan Risotto, Truffle Polenta, Roasted Potatoes, or Garlic Mashed Potatoes.

An Italian classic favorite is the Sausage Rigatoni. The pasta features sweet fennel, Italian Berkshire pork sausage and comes with a creamy rosé sauce.

When a salad is all you're craving, Vinny has you covered. Consider the Roasted Pear salad with fig, fennel, candied pecans, chèvre, and fresh organic greens. Tomato balsamic dressing is drizzled over the top or comes on the side.

Diners will appreciate the extensive wine list with various selections to pair with your meal. Assorted draft and bottled beer are available, too.

But the craft cocktails shine at Vinny's, and one worth trying is the Cucumber Lime Martini. This libation is crafted with Hendrick's Gin, cucumber, lime, and simple syrup.
