About

Jaime and Jeanette Quintana first met in 2001 as chefs at a high-end seafood restaurant in Delaware. Their passion for each other and suburb cuisine started a journey that landed in New Smyrna Beach.

At their eatery, The Baker's Table, this exceptional eatery brings an innovative twist to the art of baking, coupled with a solid tradition of culinary excellence. Jamie, who grew up in Mexico City, draws upon childhood memories of family savoring homemade dishes to create an artisan menu. Jeannette, who won a state-wide high school baking contest, attended the Culinary Institute of America and later worked at various premier restaurants.

The menu at The Baker's Table reflects the couple's commitment to quality, featuring locally sourced ingredients that speak volumes of freshness and flavor.

With bread and pastries baked on the premises, you're guaranteed the most delectable, oven-fresh experience possible. Every dish served is a celebration of the region's rich agricultural heritage, carefully crafted to showcase the natural goodness of the produce.

The fusion of Jamie's culinary finesse and Jeanett's artisanal touch results in fare that's varied, vibrant, and always in season.

The Baker's Table feeds the body and nourishes the soul with its combination of homegrown tastes and world-class cuisine. Here, you relish the symphony of flavors that only true mastery in the kitchen can provide.
