Jaime and Jeanette Quintana first met in 2001 as chefs at a high-end seafood restaurant in Delaware. Their passion for each other and suburb cuisine led to New Smyrna Beach and the creation of The Baker's Table.

This exceptional eatery brings an innovative twist to the art of baking, coupled with a solid tradition of culinary excellence. Jamie, who grew up in Mexico City, draws upon family dishes to create an artisan menu. Jeannette showcases skills learned at the Culinary Institute of America and working at premier restaurants. 

The menu reflects the couple's commitment to quality, featuring locally sourced ingredients that are fresh and flavorful. Their meals are perfect after exploring Ormond Memorial Art Museum & Gardens or trying your luck at the Daytona Beach Racing & Card Club.

Food connoisseurs are consistently impressed by the Fresh Catch, a vibrant platter featuring the freshest catch from Florida's waters, adorned with white bean cassoulet and fennel salad with a citrus vinaigrette that dances on the palate. 

For a creative spin on a German classic, consider the Jägerschnitzel. This hearty meal features German fried potatoes, braised red cabbage, and mushroom gravy, perfect after a day at Lighthouse Point Park

Craving Italian cuisine? Check out the Bucatini Bolognese with Italian sausage, agrodolce peppers, and ricotta salata.
