This lovely one-story home is located near the quiet Algodones Beach in the prestigious seaside community, Marina Real. Available in the community is a Marina with fuel dock, brand new public restrooms, boat ramp, boat slips and Harbor Master. The private entrance to the beach is one street from the house. There is a 24 hours guard and keyed access gates to the neighborhood.
The house has a private pool and a terrace with views of the ocean, Marina and surrounding mountains, from here you can enjoy ocean breezes, incredible sunsets and watch the sailboats come into the bay.
The house will accommodate a maximum of 12 guests comfortably in 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Each bedroom has a full-size bed and a sofa bed. Form the master bedroom you can also access to the pool area.
The living room has a smart TV and access to the pool area.
The dining room seats 8 at the table and 5 at the breakfast bar. The large kitchen has granite counter tops and ample counter and cabinet space. The laundry room is conveniently located by the kitchen and is equipped with a washer and dryer and sink.
The back yard is fenced and has a private swimming pool.
The beach is a short walk from the house with breathtaking blue clear water. You can snorkel right off the beach or go out on one of several dive boats from San Carlos. Kayaking is popular in this bay as well as skiing, sail boarding, jet skiing and fishing. There are rental shops in town that offer kayaks jet skis, quads etc. You can go out deep sea fishing with a local charter, scuba dive off San Pedro island with the sea lions, enjoy a margarita evening cruise or just sit on one of the terraces and watch the sunset. The San Carlos Hotel, just a short drive down the road offers many recreational rentals such as jet skis, banana tube rides sail boards and even horseback riding on the beach. There are many restaurants, night clubs, a Golf course and shops in town to keep you busy when you are not in the water. San Carlos is a laid back authentic Mexican Sea Side community that warmly welcomes visitors from many countries.

La playa está a pocos pasos de la casa con impresionantes aguas azules y claras. Puede hacer snorquel justo al lado de la playa o salir en uno de los varios botes de buceo de San Carlos. El kayak es popular en esta bahía, así como el esquí, el velero, el esquí acuático y la pesca. Hay tiendas de alquiler en la ciudad que ofrecen kayaks, motos acuáticas, quads, etc. Puede salir a pescar en alta mar con un chárter local, bucear en la isla de San Pedro con los leones marinos, disfrutar de un crucero nocturno con margaritas o simplemente sentarse en uno de los terrazas y contemplar la puesta de sol.
