Red, White, & Blues

Red, White, and Blues Bar and Restaurant has made a great impression as one of the newest additions to European Village! They are still in the "soft opening" stage after opening a few months ago (Mid 2021), but they are quickly becoming a hit with the locals.

This American restaurant is fully themed around music. More specifically, rock n roll and blues. The atmosphere here is warm, dark, and moody. Through this dark-lit environment, they successfully set the stage for their live performers. Patrons and artists alike can come together for a good time!

Here are some early fan favorites from Red, White, and Blues:

The Popa Chubby

The "Popa Chubby" is a loaded, yet simple burger featuring a hefty 16oz black angus burger patty and American cheese. The toppings include bacon, lettuce, tomato, caramelized onions, and mushrooms. This handful is sure to satisfy. Although the size of this burger may turn some away, you could always save some for later!

Freedom Fries and their signature Red, White, and Blues sauce come on the side of all burgers and sandwiches.

The Blues Brothers

"The Blues Brothers" is a fresh pastrami sandwich. This hot sandwich is served on marble rye with Swiss cheese and cole slaw. They recommend pairing this with their extra hot beer mustard - ask your server for a side!

Skynyrds Double Trouble

If you thought the "Popa Chubby" wasn't enough, you're in for a challenge with the Skynyrds Double Trouble! This burger includes not one, but two black angus burger patties! In addition, it's dressed with extra American cheese, caramelized onions, lettuce, and tomato.
