Moonrise Brewing

Moonrise Brewing is paving the way as Palm Coast's first (and only) brewery! Thus, they provide a unique experience you can't get anywhere else in town.

After opening in 2017, the owners Benjamin and Ashley have seen success in the community! They are committed to spreading the Moonrise Brewing vision and giving back. The goal is to "provide the community with a place they can meet, share ideas, have fun, grow, and enjoy delicious hand-crafted beer and food."

They want to create an environment beyond enjoying beer and food by offering fun social events and games. To name a few, they host comedy nights and live trivia. Additionally, you can participate in a brewery tour or tasting event. Around the holidays, they also host events such as New Year's Eve at the brewery!

Inside, they have carefully designed the entire restaurant to create a casual, cool atmosphere. There is purple and blue lighting throughout the restaurant that gives off a moody vibe.

The Beer

Moonrise offers a healthy selection of beers to choose from. Whether you enjoy a light ale, rich porter, sour, or hoppy IPA, you'll find something you like. Just like the food, there are always new, seasonal beers being added to the menu. For example, last summer they introduced a summer seasonal "Peachy Keen." This refreshing peach wheat ale was a hit!

The Food

Moonrise serves up fresh, never frozen gastropub style food! Their in-house chef is committed to creating tasty and unique dishes for their ever changing menu. Though their one page menu is pretty limited, it's mighty. With options such as garlic parmesan fries, maple glazed salmon, and signature cheeseburgers, you are guaranteed to enjoy!
