Historically, Bellamy's has roots in North County's once-popular fine-dining landmark, El Bizcocho. 

When El Bizcocho faded into history, a trio of its alumni took it upon themselves to recreate some of the same magic. Over the years, the restaurant has evolved, successfully blending tradition with innovation.

Scottish entrepreneur Brian Bonar started his restaurant mini-empire in North County with Bellamy's. His vision was to create a space that offered exceptional food with a grand dining experience.

In 2016, the restaurant underwent a grand redesign in collaboration with San Diego-based Solc Interiors. The renovation beautifully marries mid-century modern style with industrial elements, creating a unique ambiance that's elegant and welcoming.
