Churrasco is a Brazilian technique of barbecuing meat over an open fire that requires Master Churrasqueiros. Rioz Brazilian Steakhouse uses Churrasqueiros trained in Southern Brazil. They expertly prepare and serve succulent cuts of beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and Brazilian sausages right at your table.
