Upon arriving at this cozy steakhouse, I felt a rumble in my stomach, making it the perfect time to indulge in their exquisite menu. 

I began my meal with their Sweet Corn Soup, which is far from ordinary. The dish features butter-poached lobster as its base, topped with roasted sweet corn and a dollop of velvety crème fraîche to complete the hearty soup. The result was a decadent and rich appetizer that exceeded my expectations and sated my hunger.

And being a traditional steakhouse, there's no shortage of mouth-watering selections for the main course. While the impressive 40-ounce Tomahawk Prime Ribeye caught my eye, I opted for the Dry Aged New York Prime instead—and what a fantastic choice it was! 

The steak arrived cooked to perfection, having a slightly warm inner core and an immaculately seared exterior. I chose to have it served with the savory Bordelaise sauce, but guests can select from several delectable sauces and compound butter options.

Though the steak was certainly the star of the show, I couldn't resist ordering a side of Patatas Bravas as well. Served with a tantalizing tomato jam and a drizzle of saffron aioli, these crispy potatoes were a delightful addition to my meal.

To complement our choices, my partner and I shared a half-bottle of Merry Edwards Pinot Noir. Its crisp, cold temperature provided the perfect palate cleanser between bites.
