Easily identifying my bewilderment with the menu, they swiftly came to my rescue, patiently guiding me through the diverse culinary options this Tex-Mex gem has to offer. The menu at this friendly Tex-Mex restaurant boasts an array of mouth-watering burritos, tacos, and other Mexican delights. Though my initial instinct was to satisfy my taco cravings, something more unique caught my eye on their menu—the Boise Burrito.

The Boise Burrito is a creative concoction made with wild-caught salmon, smothered in a creamy chipotle sauce. This tantalizing dish also includes green chiles, adding just the right amount of heat to awaken your taste buds. The inclusion of potatoes makes it a hearty meal, while the addition of fresh tomatoes and spinach brings a healthy twist to this indulgent burrito. All these ingredients combined create a fun and filling dining experience that shouldn't be missed.

To further enhance my culinary adventure at this charming establishment, I decided to explore their range of vibrant salsas. I ordered a side of salsa with my Boise Burrito, which allowed me to sample their tantalizing tomatillo sauce and the delectable homemade salsa. Both of these sauces were bursting with flavor and freshness, a tell-tale sign that they take pride in crafting these delicious condiments in-house.
