About

At the far west of Henderson, just before you hit Sloan Canyon, you’ll find CRAFTKitchen and the swarm of locals and out-of-towners looking for a delicious, locally sourced meal. Open seven days a week and serving breakfast and lunch all day, there’s certain to be something that’ll blow you away at CRAFTKitchen.

Helming CRAFTKitchen is chef Jaret Blinn, who has spent time at some of the best restaurants in the country, including Ritz Carlton from Maui to Vegas. In 2015, after a stint as the executive pastry chef at Le Cirque and Circo at the Bellagio and at the Red Rock Resort, Jaret decided to take the plunge with CRAFTKitchen, and the people have been raving ever since.

Since they opened, Chef Jaret and the team at CRAFTKitchen have been taking the foodie scene in Las Vegas by storm, making it onto both local and national lists. Publications like Zagat, Food & Wine, and USA Today have all paid notice to the great work coming out of CRAFTKitchen, and you will, too, once you go!

If you’re looking to celebrate or feed your function, CRAFTKitchen has you covered—with a private dining area and plenty of CRAFTKitchen favorites on their catering menu.

Vibe

With beautiful wooden tables and stainless steel chairs, CRAFTKitchen in Henderson has a modern and sleek vibe. The staff is friendly, attentive, and more than willing to walk you through the extensive menu.

The atmosphere is lively and warm, exactly what you’d want if you’re looking to start your day off on the right foot. And since the restaurant is only open for breakfast and lunch, it’s a perfect choice for any event you might want to hold in the evening—like a birthday party or rehearsal dinner!

CRAFTKitchen: Menu & Drinks

Open for breakfast and lunch every day, CRAFTKitchen takes brunch seriously, and one glance at the menu will tell you as much. On the sweeter side, you’ll find creme brulee-stuffed French toast, pancakes and waffles of the day, and churro-style waffles. If you’re in the mood for more savory fare, you might want to try their smoked salmon and pretzel or short rib hash.

If you’re too busy to take a break or aren’t too hungry, don’t worry because CRAFTKitchen still has options. The in-house bakery constantly makes fresh goodies, and the offerings change daily. Even if it’s for a little treat to take on the road, you’ll want to see what the bakery has cooked up!

To put a little perk in your step, various expertly crafted coffee and tea drinks and fresh juices are available. Beer, hard cider, and wine are also available for the lunch crowd! And for the mimosa lover in your party, they’re bottomless every day.

If you have special dietary needs, there’s no need to worry, as many of the items on the menu have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free substitutions. From Impossible Tacos to chile relleno omelets, you’ll have plenty to choose from.

One of Chef Jaret’s goals when he opened CRAFTKitchen, was to source only ingredients that he would want to feed his family, and you can undoubtedly tell that with the food coming out of the kitchen. If local ingredients are important to you, you’ll certainly be pleased with CRAFTKitchen.
