Lance Hale and Dr. Wade Harris met in the medical field and realized they had one shared passion: BBQ. With this love and entrepreneurial spirit, they opened Dickey's Barbecue Pit in Eagle, Idaho.

Dickey's BBQ is a national chain offering Texas-style slow-smoked meats and is known for its family-friendly environment. The restaurant holds a special place in the community, offering free ice cream daily and a "kids eat free " policy on Sundays.
