Getaway at Power Ranch - Beautifully decorated, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom single family home. Located in the quiet, desirable neighborhood of Power Ranch, just steps away from the heated community pool and spa! This is the perfect home to kick back, rest and relax and enjoy a day BBQing at the pool. Private backyard with artificial turf, floral landscaping and an outdoor seating area. Attached 2 car garage.
Walking into the home, you'll enter the living room. The living room is furnished with two brown leather sofas, two coffee tables, two end tables with lamps, and a 65" flat screen Smart TV that sits above a dark wood console. To the left is a leather ottoman and floor table.
Just past the living room is the kitchen and dinning area. The dinning area has a bar table that can seat 3 people and a traditional dinning table that seats 6 people comfortably. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with two counter stools.
The kitchen has granite counter tops, brown wood cabinets and black appliances. You'll find the kitchen furnished with everything you need help you prepare a delicious home cooked meal.
The master bedroom has a wooden King sized bed with a night stand and lamp to each side of it. At the foot of the bed sits a wooden bench for getting ready. There is a wooden dresser chest that sits to the right of the bed, by the window. Across from the bed is a wooden console that has a 55" Smart TV sitting on top of it. Attached to the master bedroom is the master bathroom. The master bathroom has a dual vanity with two sinks and a walk-in shower. The walk-in closet is attached to the master bathroom and provides space for a plentiful amount of clothing.
The second bedroom is down the hallway and has a white, wooden queen sized bed. There is a night stand located on both sides of the bed and one lamp. To the right of the bed is a long wooden dresser with a mirror attached. Across from the bed is a dresser chest with a 43" Smart TV on top of it.
The third bedroom is located at the end of the hall includes a queen sized wooden bed, one night stand with lamp, a standing lamp and a wooden dresser chest. This room has a mounted 43" Smart TV on the wall.
The second bathroom has a large, single sink vanity and a tub and shower combo. There is an additional half bathroom.
Home includes a full sized washer & dryer and an attached two car garage.

** Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file. **
~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time
~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes."
~ No pets or large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer - This 3 bedroom has a $200 utility allowance per 30 days ($6.67/day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $200 utility cap.
~All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
