Nestled in the heart of Tucson’s exclusive Sam Hughes neighborhood, this stunning 2-bedroom + den (with a cozy pull-out couch), 2-bathroom Santa Fe-style ranch is the ultimate getaway! Sitting on a quarter-acre of desert charm, you’re just minutes from the University of Arizona and Downtown Tucson, making it the perfect spot for a fun-filled vacation or a relaxing retreat.
♂️ Stroll through this historic neighborhood, where unique Southwestern architecture and charming streetscapes make every walk an adventure. And when you're ready to unwind, fire up the BBQ, lounge by the sparkling pool, and soak in one of Tucson’s famous, jaw-dropping sunsets.

You’re staying right in the heart of Tucson’s famous "Best 23 Miles of Mexican Food" trail, home to incredible, one-of-a-kind dishes that will take your taste buds on a journey.
Outdoor adventurers, we’ve got you covered! With 130+ miles of bike paths and world-renowned hiking spots like Mt. Lemmon, Saguaro National Park, and Colossal Caves, there’s no shortage of fun ways to explore Tucson’s great outdoors.
Ready to experience the Retreat on the 9th? We’d love to have you! Just note that the pool and spa share a heating system, so there’s an additional charge to have them warmed up.

Plenty of Parking! A long driveway with covered spots means room for your RV, car, or rental ride. As you approach, rustic pavers lead you past terracotta pottery and playful Kokopelli décor to a custom-crafted front door—a little sneak peek of the magic that awaits inside!

The open floor plan welcomes you with vaulted, distressed wood ceilings and exposed wood beams. Kick back on the plush sofa and loveseat, soak in the warm glow of the decorative fireplace, or even jam out on the electric piano!
Dine in Style
Right off the living room, the dining area is a conversation starter! Incredible native artwork is elegantly encased in cherry wood cabinets with accent lighting, making every meal at the banquet-style solid wood dining table feel extra special.

✅ Microwave & French door fridge
✅ Dishwasher & deep sink with a goose-neck faucet

The family room has a leather recliner and comfy bench-style sofa where you can catch up on your favorite shows while gazing at the sparkling pool just outside. With natural sunlight streaming in, it’s the perfect place to cool off after a sunny Tucson adventure!

A relaxing space with a full tub/shower combo, decorated in calming sea green tones with stylish paisley accents for a touch of charm.
Master Suite – Your Private Escape
The spacious master bedroom features:
✔️ King-size bed with ultra-comfy bedding
✔️ Plush carpet & ambient lighting for a peaceful vibe
✔️ Flat-screen TV & desk area—great for remote work (or streaming your favorites)
The master bathroom is pure luxury with an oversized walk-in shower, a deep soaking tub, dual sinks, and a walk-in closet for all your outfits!

House Rules:
~Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~ 1 dog is allowed no more than 25 lbs with a pet fee.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature. The pool heat fee has an additional charge of $90.00/day plus tax and needs three days to heat to 82 degrees in winter.. Inform the agent ahead of time to prepare.
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
*Disclaimer: Property has a separate Casita with private entrance- owner at times will occupy the property- guests will be notified.
The pool heat fee is an additional $90.00/day plus tax, and it takes 24-48 hours for the temperature to reach 82 in the winter.
