Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom private pool+spa vacation home offers a fantastic property perfect for your relaxing South Florida Gulf Coast Vacation.
BEDROOMS (Single-story home)
- Bedroom 1: Master King Bedroom / Private Attached Bathroom / 42 TV
- Bedroom 2: One Queen Bedroom / Lanai Access / 30 TV
- Bedroom 3: One Full Bedroom / 30 TV
Pool+Spa Heater Charges and Information:
The pool faces South
Pool is 32x13 D 5.5
Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX.
In order to heat the spa, the additional cost must be paid.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Garage:
* Owner s car is parked on one side of garage. Other side of garage is available for guest use
Up to two cars can fit in the driveway
Please return the opener on the kitchen counter upon departure or we will charge $150 to replace it.
No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines.
There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site.
BBQ:
- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
- Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
- BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.
