The center of town is just over a mile northeast, there are dozens of excellent restaurants within a few minutes' drive, and the surrounding area is home to hiking trails, a local playground, and the scenic shores of Lake Hemet (which is stocked with rainbow trout, bluegill, and largemouth bass). No matter how you spend your days, you'll be greeted back at home by a gorgeous deck that wraps the house. It's a wonderful place to grill in the fresh pine air, dine alfresco beneath draped string lights, and linger after sunset with dessert, coffee, or a glass of wine. Inside, the house has been thoughtfully renovated from top to bottom, with brand-new heating and AC, pristine white walls, and warm accents of natural wood throughout. Make yourself at home beneath exposed crossbeams in the great room, where you can stream movies by the fire, set up board games in the corner nook, or get started on dinner in a kitchen with every essential appliance, an island cooktop, and bar seats for five. Of the two bedrooms, one is a primary suite with a chic private bathroom and access to the deck; the other is a cute kids' room with its own Pac-Man console. THINGS TO KNOW Riverside County regulations prohibit any 'party' lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests liable for any 'light trespass' on surrounding properties.
