Floor Plans

One Bedroom

One bedroom condos at Encantame Towers provide perfect accommodations for a solo traveler or a couple. Upon entry, you will be greeted by sprawling views of Playa Encanto. To your left, you’ll see the beautiful kitchen with luxurious Smeg appliances, awaiting your home-cooked meal.

The one bedroom units at Encantame Towers have a total square footage of 906 sq. ft, including the terrace. Therefore, this one bedroom is more spacious than one bedroom condos in other communities. In addition, no other resort can compete with the high-end finishes of even the smallest of the Encantame Tower units. You will have access to a full kitchen, comfortable living room area, roomy bedroom, luxury bathroom, as well as a washer and dryer. The bathroom is separated from the master bedroom by a closet. In addition, there is a double sink so you and your partner can get ready side-by-side without crowding.

There is no designated dining area in this layout, but each home comes with comfortable stools at the island and a coffee table. Both the living room and the master bedroom have floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that open up to the terrace. So, you can wake up to the sprawling views of Playa Encanto and enjoy your morning coffee right on the balcony.

Two Bedroom

The two bedroom layout offers over 1,500 sq. ft. This is the perfect setup for a small family or a couples getaway!

Upon entry, your luxurious kitchen will be on your left. Continuing through the kitchen, a door leads to the in-unit laundry room. Beyond the kitchen is a dining area, living room, and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that open out to the terrace. A welcome feature of this layout is the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo. Each bedroom has its own ensuite so there is added privacy. In addition, both bedrooms are equipped with expansive sliding glass doors so everyone can enjoy waking up to a stunning ocean view.

The one and two bedroom plans are laid out very similarly. However, the two bedroom design has a designated laundry room, dining area, and of course, the additional bedroom and bathroom.

Two Bedroom Deluxe

What's the difference between the two bedroom and the two bedroom deluxe? The short answer is layout and square footage. The two bedroom deluxe layout is very spacious at 1,857 sq. ft. This is nearly 300 sq. ft. more than the two bedroom. Two bedroom deluxe homes are corner units, which means the patio wraps around one side. There's even more room in these condos to enjoy your balcony and outdoor space! In addition, the two bedroom deluxe condos have 2.5 bathrooms rather than 2. So, each bedroom has their own connecting ensuite plus there is an additional half bath near the entry way for convenience.

Upon entry, you will step into the living area to marvel at the spectacular ocean views! In addition to the added space, the best thing about this floor plan is the fact that it feels very open! Rather than the living areas being cut off by bedrooms, the living area is the focal point while the bedrooms are more off to the side. So, if you're visiting with family or a group, this is a particularly great layout because you will spend a lot of time in the common areas. Further, there is more room for everyone to enjoy the terrace.

Three Bedroom

Three bedroom condos at Encantame Towers are a hot commodity. Offering nearly 2,400 sq. ft. for you and your group to enjoy, there is plenty of room to spread out for privacy or to come together. This floor plan is best for larger groups and families.

Upon entry, you will be greeted by a small foyer with a spacious lockout closet and laundry room to one side. As you turn the corner, you'll see the expansive kitchen, dining and living areas, and the stunning views of Playa Encanto. The expansive wrap-around terrace on the three bedroom corner units makes this floor plan unique. It also has superior closet spaces and a larger kitchen in comparison to the one and two bedroom options.

Out of the three bedrooms in this condo, two have direct access to the terrace. The third bedroom was designed with kids in mind so that bedroom is sandwiched in the middle of the condo. Each of the bedrooms have access to their own connecting bathroom, so there is still plenty of privacy for everyone.

Among the many amenities at Encantame Towers, the central infinity-edge pool provides incredible ocean viewing at a comfortable temperature (it's heated half the year!). The complex has two lazy rivers, water slides, kid-friendly dip pools, and jacuzzis throughout the property. This includes the adult only (21+) sky pool and jacuzzi atop the Verano tower. A second sky pool will be available atop the western Viento tower.

In addition, the Blue Palm Café serving Starbucks beverages and breakfast means you don't have to leave the resort first thing in the morning to get your coffee fix. The main pool has a spacious swim-up Aqua bar serving varied drink options and food directly from the incredible on-site restaurant just a few feet away at Santo Coyote Ocean Cantina. The Wingman Restaurant in front of the Viento tower is a casual refined space for family gatherings, or to catch the latest sports. Level 24 located at the Verano sky pool (21+) serves fresh sushi and seafood. The Blue Harbor convenience store located in the Encantame Resorts commercial center is a great spot to pick-up ice, snacks, and even beach toys.

The east clubhouse contains the reception lobby for check-in, a compact business center, concierge services, a sales office, and the Blue Palm Café. An ATM is conveniently located next to the concierge desk. A well-equipped Fitness & Wellness center is located on the second floor of the east clubhouse, complete with massage cubicles and a spacious activity room for yoga and other activities. The west clubhouse will provide a game room, kids' club, and golf simulators.
