Overall, we really liked the house especially the sitting area in the family room next to the kitchen. The seating was very comfortable and great for being together as a family. The kids loved the upstairs with the play room and the foos ball table. That got plenty of use. The garage ping pong table was a fun addition also. The kitchen was great with almost everything you needed to cook a turkey and serve up a Thanksgiving dinner. There were some annoying things like a loose faucet spout and some lights that didn’t work, but the coffee and tea station worked well and was a nice touch. Spacious and comfy say all of us.
Very comfortable. Tons of room for activities. Forest behind you, ocean out front. Best of, well, this world.
We were very disappointed with our stay at this property in Oregon. The house was not clean when we arrived — the floors were disgustingly dirty, the fridge door was left wide open, and the TV in the living room didn’t work. There were no working smoke detectors in the whole house, which felt unsafe. To make matters worse, we found dog hair dumped in the driveway from a vacuum, and even a needle outside on the property, which was very concerning. On top of that, the propane tank for the BBQ was completely empty. We were told to fill it ourselves and that we’d be reimbursed, but for such a pricey place to stay, we felt this should not have been our problem to deal with. We also tried to get in contact with someone to address these issues but couldn’t reach anyone for help. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, safety concerns, poor communication, and extra inconveniences made this a very disappointing stay.
The Vacasa staff was very attentive and responsive. I will book with them again. For this particular house, it was very beautiful. Lots of room and modern technology. We loved the spa showers. Good place for families. The loft upstairs, full of children's toys was a nice touch.
Easy walk to the beach. Home was very nice and clean and large enough for 8 of us to be comfortable. Fun ping pong table and fooz ball for teens. Nice clean hot tub. Highly recommend!
The house - no issues. We used only the downstairs. My only problem was that we did not have hot water or gas oven use for the first two days until I reached out. They then tried to troubleshoot via text but ultimately sent someone over who ended up just turning the gas on. No showers, no food on vacation is definitely not what you are looking for.
